Betflip took from me a balance of 0.2711055 BTC = 14 527€ today by claiming that I haven’t met bonus turnover and they will be taking the balance. However, they couldn’t answer how much there was turnover left and I have a picture attached which shows that my account doesn’t have an active bonus listed anymore. I have still a 0.0210546 BTC balance left there but they aren’t cooperating with KYC.
