I tried to verify my account with many documents (employment contract, salary receipt, address document) but it failed. I wrote many e-mails but there was no response. Please help.

    We talked with the support and they replied to us this:

    He was trying to attach a screenshot and verify his address like that. The verification process is managed by an AI program that accepts a file of utility bill as an address authenticator, and that's why his documents keep getting rejected.Also, as I can see, he's disputing over 724 EUR, which we don't understand because, at the moment, he has 0 EUR on his account.
    Please, can you try again by attaching the right file (no screenshots)
