          We got in touch with a 10cric representative. Here is what they said:

          "Abhi9149 or abhi raj had their accounts suspended back in May 2023 because of T&Cs breach. The reason: they had multiple active accounts and thus the player breached our terms and policy."

          You can reach out to 10cric customer support again but given that you had not 1 but more accounts is not allowed so I don't think any talk with the support will help you.
