I have filed for withdrawal on jan 25

and I haven’t got my payment in 3days

after 48hours i reached out through email

to security@1win.social they responded by stating i needed to do the verification

so I successfully did the verification and submitted that toward their email again

1win responded by stating they were able to successfully see i have done all the requirements and will respond to about the matter inthe following email they were supposed to send me

but that email never came

I have no idea why this withdrawal is taking so long It is not like I won any money at this site I am down twice as much as what I am withdrawing for also

I have been able to withdrawal exact amount of money I am requesting for in th past so I have no idea what is going on

if 1win gives me anytype of information

      We got in touch with our partner from 1win. Here's what he said:

      "I have reviewed everything and sent a request to the department, don't worry, as soon as I receive an answer, I will immediately inform you."

      "Got the information, you can try to withdraw your profit again, this time everything should go well"

      Let us know if we can do anything else to help. In the meantime I will file your complaint as resolved.
